What is ApotheGARY®?
ApotheGARY® is a UK-based fragrance house devoted to the quiet power of scent.

We do not compose fragrance - We bottle atmosphere.

Each piece is hand-crafted with intention — designed to shape mood, define space, and leave a lasting sensory presence. Rooted in shadow, softness, and ritual, every atmosphere is grounded in a signature house accord - unmistakably ApotheGARY®.

What is “The New Alchemy of Wellbeing”?
The New Alchemy of Wellbeing is our philosophy — a modern interpretation of transformation through scent.

Each atmosphere is created to shift mood, evoke memory, and alter the emotional character of a space. Quiet, immersive, and deeply considered, ApotheGARY® compositions are designed not simply to fragrance a room, but to change how it feels to exist within it.

What makes your product different? 
Every product is developed in house and hand poured in Lancashire. Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing is arbitrary.

Rather than traditional fragrance pyramids, ApotheGARY® creates immersive atmospheres built around mood, memory, texture, and presence. A signature house accord runs subtly throughout the collection, creating a sensory identity that is unmistakably ApotheGARY®.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All ApotheGARY® products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

What ingredients do you use?
We use sustainably sourced plant wax, high-quality fragrance and essential oils, and clean diffuser bases — all free from phthalates, parabens, and unnecessary additives.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our studio in the UK.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement with photographic evidence.

Please note: due to their nature, wax melts are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item.
We’ll resolve this promptly.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our packaging is designed with recyclability in mind.
Refill pouches are fully recyclable, and our wax melt boxes feature removable labels for easy disposal.

Do you offer refills?
We currently offer refills for diffusers and home colognes.
Candle refills are in development for 2026.

Do you create custom or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer bespoke scent creations for weddings, events, and corporate gifting.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in a range of denominations.

How long do your candles and diffusers last?
Candles: Approximately 45–50 hours, depending on care and environment.
Reed diffusers: Up to 12 weeks. Designed to diffuse continuously without the need to flip reeds.

How should I care for my candle?
For a clean, even burn:
– Trim the wick to 5mm before each use
– Allow the wax to melt fully to the edge on the first burn
– Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
– Never leave unattended

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment this isn't something we offer.
